There are three groups of Naale 16 students studying in our school. Our group is called Naale D , because we are the fourth Naale group which immigrated to Israel. We are also known as Shehakim.
We, a group of 21 teenagers from Ukraine, have come to Israel as a part of a project "ALIA-16" by "ALIAT HANOAR" ("Teenagers' repatriation") and Jewish Agency that made all this possible. Their aim was, and actually still is, to bring Jewish teenagers from Russia and other republics of split Soviet Union to Israel by their own for finishing school. Their parents stayed home missing, suffering, but understanding that it is better for their children. The next stage of the plan was to see the parents immigrating after the children, who have already absorbed in Israel, learned Hebrew and knew how to lead their own life. Firstly there were 26 of us. The boarding-school received us very kindly and took care of us. We accommodated in rooms for two or three and got everything for the normal life.
